ডিজিটাল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হয়ে যাওয়ার পর কোনো অবস্থাতেই Return বা Refund গ্রহণ করা হয় না।
পণ্যটি ডেলিভারি, প্রকাশ, ব্যবহার, Redeem অথবা Activate হয়ে গেলে অর্ডারটি সম্পন্ন হিসেবে গণ্য হবে এবং সাধারণভাবে Refund-এর জন্য আর যোগ্য থাকবে না।
২. রিফান্ড পাওয়ার বিশেষ শর্তাবলী
অর্ডার ডেলিভারি বা সম্পন্ন হওয়ার আগে শুধুমাত্র বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে Refund বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে।
অর্ডার প্রসেস না হলে
যদি কোনো কারণে আপনার অর্ডার প্রসেস করা সম্ভব না হয় এবং অর্ডারটি দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে “On Hold” অবস্থায় থাকে, তাহলে আপনি Refund-এর জন্য অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।
GetGameKeys অর্ডারটি পর্যালোচনা করে Refund-এর যোগ্যতা নির্ধারণ করবে।
পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তন
কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য বা সরবরাহ সংক্রান্ত হঠাৎ পরিবর্তনের কারণে যদি GetGameKeys অর্ডারটি সম্পন্ন করতে না পারে, তাহলে আমরা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে অর্থ ফেরত দিতে পারি।
৩. ভুল পণ্য বা ভুল Region নির্বাচন
অর্ডার করার আগে গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই যাচাই করতে হবে:
- Game/Key-এর নাম
- Platform
- Region
- Edition
- Activation requirements
- System requirements
- Product description
গ্রাহকের ভুল Region, Platform বা Product নির্বাচন করার কারণে অর্ডারটি ব্যবহার করা সম্ভব না হলে সাধারণভাবে Refund প্রদান করা হবে না।
৪. Digital Key / Code
কোনো Game Key, Redeem Code বা Digital Code ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে এবং বিশেষ করে সেটি Revealed, Redeemed বা Activated হয়ে গেলে Refund বা Return গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
তবে কোনো Key বা Code বাস্তবিকভাবে invalid, already used বা defective প্রমাণিত হলে, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে GetGameKeys বিষয়টি যাচাই করে সমাধান দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করবে।
৫. Game Account সংক্রান্ত Refund
Game Account ডেলিভারি হয়ে যাওয়ার পর সাধারণভাবে Refund প্রদান করা হবে না।
তবে ডেলিভারির সময় Account-এর গুরুতর সমস্যা থাকলে গ্রাহককে দ্রুত GetGameKeys Support-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজনীয় প্রমাণ প্রদান করতে হবে।
প্রতিটি Warranty বা Account-related claim আলাদাভাবে যাচাই করা হতে পারে।
৬. Customer Error
নিচের কারণে কোনো সমস্যা হলে সাধারণভাবে Refund প্রযোজ্য হবে না:
- ভুল Region নির্বাচন
- ভুল Platform নির্বাচন
- ভুল Game নির্বাচন
- নিজের Account-এর সমস্যা
- Customer-এর ভুলের কারণে Account Ban
- Customer-এর ভুলের কারণে Key/Account ব্যবহার করতে না পারা
- Platform-এর Terms ভঙ্গ করা
- Cheat বা Unauthorized Software ব্যবহার
- Account Credentials পরিবর্তন বা হারিয়ে ফেলা
- Customer-এর Device বা Computer-এর Security সমস্যা
৭. Fraudulent বা Unauthorized Transaction
কোনো অর্ডারে Fraud, Payment Fraud, Unauthorized Payment, Chargeback Abuse অথবা অন্য কোনো সন্দেহজনক কার্যক্রম শনাক্ত হলে GetGameKeys অর্ডারটি Hold, Cancel বা তদন্ত করতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনে Customer-এর Account সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে Restrict করা হতে পারে।
৮. Refund Request
Refund-এর জন্য যোগাযোগ করার সময় গ্রাহককে সাধারণত প্রদান করতে হতে পারে:
- Order Number
- Payment Information
- Product Information
- সমস্যার বিস্তারিত বিবরণ
- Screenshot বা অন্যান্য প্রমাণ
GetGameKeys তথ্য যাচাই করার পর Refund Request অনুমোদন বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করতে পারে।
৯. রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা
Refund অনুমোদিত হলে অর্থ সাধারণত গ্রাহকের Original Payment Method-এ ফেরত পাঠানো হবে।
Refund Processing শুরু হওয়ার পর অর্থ আপনার Payment Provider বা Financial Institution-এর Processing Time-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে অ্যাকাউন্টে জমা হতে পারে।
সাধারণভাবে Refund সম্পন্ন হতে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
কিছু ক্ষেত্রে Payment Provider-এর কারণে আরও বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।
১০. Policy পরিবর্তন
GetGameKeys প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এই Refund and Returns Policy পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

Return and Refund Policy (English)
At GetGameKeys, our goal is to provide reliable and fast digital gaming services. Because most of our products are digital, the following Return and Refund Policy applies to all eligible purchases.
1. General Rule — No Refund After Delivery
Most products available through GetGameKeys are digital products, including:
- Game Accounts
- Game Keys
- Redeem Codes
- Top-Ups
- Gift Cards
- Digital Licenses
- Other Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds once a digital product has been delivered.
Once a product has been delivered, revealed, used, redeemed, or activated, the order is generally considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility — Pre-Delivery
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances before an order has been delivered or completed.
Unprocessed Orders
If your order cannot be processed and remains “On Hold” for an extended period, you may contact GetGameKeys to request a refund.
GetGameKeys will review the order and determine whether it qualifies for a refund.
Price or Supply Changes

Refunds are generally not available when a customer purchases the wrong product, platform, or region.
4. Digital Keys and Codes
Once a Game Key, Redeem Code, or other Digital Code has been delivered, and especially once it has been revealed, redeemed, or activated, it is generally not eligible for a return or refund.
However, if a key or code is demonstrably invalid, already used, or defective, the customer may contact GetGameKeys Support. We may investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
5. Game Account Refunds
Game Accounts are generally not eligible for refunds after delivery.
If an account has a serious issue at the time of delivery, the customer must contact GetGameKeys Support as soon as possible and provide the required evidence.
Warranty or account-related claims may be reviewed individually.
6. Customer Errors
Refunds generally do not apply to problems caused by the customer’s own actions, including:
- Selecting the wrong region.
- Selecting the wrong platform.
- Purchasing the wrong game.
- Problems with the customer’s own account.
- Account bans caused by customer activity.
- Inability to use a product due to customer error.
- Violating the platform’s Terms of Service.
- Using cheats or unauthorized software.
- Losing or changing required account credentials.
- Security issues involving the customer’s device or computer.
7. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If an order is suspected of involving fraud, payment fraud, unauthorized payment, chargeback abuse, or other suspicious activity, GetGameKeys may place the order on hold, cancel the order, or conduct an investigation.
Where necessary, a customer’s account may also be temporarily or permanently restricted.
8. Refund Requests
When requesting a refund, customers may be required to provide:
- Order Number
- Payment Information
- Product Information
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or other supporting evidence
GetGameKeys will review the submitted information before approving or rejecting a refund request.
9. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, the amount will generally be returned to the customer’s original payment method.
After the refund is initiated, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
